What this workbook is
A practical, printable takeoff and scheduling template for an individual project — not an automated quantity-takeoff from drawings, not a BOQ platform, and not a managed project database. It holds your entries and calculates only the numbers your own inputs support. Verify all quantities with a qualified engineer before ordering or pouring.
- Dark cells are calculated automatically and are not editable.
- Light cells are user-entered — leave a field blank when you do not have the value.

Schedule values (grades, durations, truck references, status) are project-specific and are left for you to fill in. Planned and actual volume totals are summed from the entered values only.
Notes & Assumptions
- Calculated Volume = Length × Width × Height/Thickness, computed by the Engineering Concrete Volume engine (V = L × W × D) used by the Concrete Volume Calculator.
- Total Concrete Quantity = Calculated Volume × Quantity × (1 + Waste Factor / 100). A total appears only when dimensions, Quantity, and Waste Factor are all entered; a blank Waste Factor is never silently assumed to be 0%.
- Quantity is the number of identical elements/units (enter 1 for a single element). Waste factor, concrete grade, pour durations, and truck references are project decisions and are left to the user — no engineering defaults are invented.
- Blank remains blank. Any field without a value stays empty (and produces no calculated total).
- Scope. No automated takeoff from drawings, no BOQ database, no contract document. This template does not claim compliance with any specific takeoff or estimating standard.
